FRAUD ALERT

Scammers have been calling residents/businesses claiming to represent Florida Power & Light (FPL) and stating that the individual/business has an outstanding balance.  Scammers then have the individual purchase a prepaid credit card and have them provide the numbers on the credit card to settle the balance.  If ANYONE contacts you and requests a prepaid card, it will be a scam.  Please be vigilant and spread the word.
